I rather stupidly agreed to do some martial arts training a couple of days ago.

I won't be doing that again. Cuddling in bed the night before and breakfast after was not enough of a payment for the amount of pain I've been in since.

There's now a rather large bruise on my hip and it's reminiscent of my Higa Chuu days, in both colour and having bruises on my body. Sometimes I think about just asking someone to carry me up and down the stairs at university instead of climbing them myself.

I have not missed the physical exertions of junior high at all.

Eishirou, because of you, I had to turn down a night out. I expect you to pay me back for that within the next week.

It's incredible how as we get older, the things that we found easy or rewarding in middle school somehow seem impossible or beyond our capabilities. Good job on getting out there, though. Even if it's not something that you actively enjoy anymore, it's always a good reminder of how we got to where we are today.

I'm certain there would be plenty who would volunteer to carry you if necessary. You're a handsome guy.

If anything, if made me realise that I made the right choice in stopping. Even if certain annoying people disagree with that.
